First prepared for RBI grade B for security then left the job after few years for money from coaching institutions. Human life is so ironic and this is true for everyone.

Glad you made this video sir. With all due respect, here are some of my thoughts :
1. Coachings like you first sell the dream of RBI in a country where lakhs of fresh graduates remain unemployed. All
they see is a good salary to start with and the comfort of typical government jobs.
2. At the end of the exam process, more than 99% process will not get the job. But, let's just focus on just 1%. After all, these are the ones on whom you guys are banking upon.
3. After initial years in the job, reality hits the ground. Slow promotions, routine jobs, meagre increments etc. But above all, clerical type of work. After all, these are not the things because of which they had prepared that hard.
4. Peer comparison - The world is changing at a rapid pace. There is web3, AI, DS-ML, Blockchain etc. These are skills and are paid way better. RBI is just a regulator. Constitution has given it the power to regulate. People like Nikhil Kamath should interest us more than some bureaucrats/officer who plays by the rule book.

I just wish, way sooner than later, people should realize that all these exams are not checking any of your skills for which the market pays.

Do RBI officers get their sanctioned leaves easily or do they have to beg like in PSBs?

Is there a bond in RBI Grade B ?
I know that becoming a Grade B officer is so tough at the very first place, but still I want to know is there any bond ? Because nothing of that sort has been mentioned in the notification.
