I woke up today writing down my dreams from last night, I listened to this particular meditation last night, I had like 4/5 dreams, and one of them was something that felt so real to me, a worry that has been stuck in my subconscious for the last few years, during this particular dream, I was ready to walk away from the situation that I was referring to. I have tried dozens & dozens of sleep meditations to sleep and lie awake until I get annoyed and shut them off. I fell asleep after like 2 min of turning this on. I woke up hours later & it was still playing. I fell right back to sleep. I think the positive messages its plants in your subconscious is super powerful. Going to listen again tonight ❤❤

I don’t normally comment but felt I should add to the dream reports! 😂 I just woke up and am seeing the comments many have had unpleasant dreams. This is my first time listening to this track. In general I am a person that seldom ever dreams. I had the most realistic AMAZING and sweet dream last night that made me wake up feeling very happy haha. Woke up had a crazy dream, this shit works guys. My subconscious showed me a dream of me protecting my uncle before he died, when a bunch of guys came to get him—In the dream I attacked both men violently, but for some reason they wouldn’t die till they life.


I think my subconscious was processing how much I cared for him and how he was a hero to me.
