Watch this very spacious 2024 Peterbilt 579 Ultra Loft Edition truck! Explore the truck inside-out and check out some of the very cool NEW features that Peterbilt have added to it.

One thing I forgot to mention was the updated cupholder design. They got rid of the plastic pull-out design and replaced it with a stationary, good-looking and very sturdy cupholder design.

Also, this truck doesn't have a hump (bump) in the middle of the cabin (where the rubber and carpet meet) so that you don't accidentally trip.

The steering wheel controls speak for themselves so that's why I didn't mention them, but I guess they're an upgrade too!

Anyway, I hope you like this type of review and that I deserved to subscribe and like.

We’ve a a 2017 Epic package . PACCAR engine. Love the Truck! It had 480, 000 miles when we purchased it. Now 1, 179, 990. No problems whatsoever. Pulls like a beast, and doesn’t use any oil. Has no oil leaks. 30, 000 mile oil change intervals. Always OEM FILTERS.

Peterbilt should really offer some sort of folding table like a 780/860 Volvo. They offered it back in the early 2000s with the Bed And Breakfast sleepers in the 379. Having this much room and offering very little in terms of practical use of the space is a bit silly. The W900 gives you 86 inches of sleeper and you at least get a couch. The Cascadia has a folding workstation, Volvos been doing it for the past 25+ years, I really hope Peterbilt brings it back.

I wish they had better lighting in the bunk. I installed LED lights under the top bunk for better lighting. That would be an awesome feature 😊

yea pete out did them self needs a 3rd petal and 18spd! Im in a mid roof 579 i like it. the few things i wish it had is the upper storage on the back wall since its a single bunk, the T.V mount, bunk windows and the old style dash & cabinet doors vs the leather covers lol.

I've been in one for 2 days now. Could you make the mirrors any smaller? That 50% reduction isn't enough. We really don't need mirrors anyway . I also like how all the instruments are on one cluster and their digital I also appreciate how you have to actually hold the pump in each side as you fuel I'm sure it's for a safety reason that the nozzle won't stay put. Safety safety safety

Clever design. As a former OTR driver, it would’ve been nice to have something like that back in the day. 🤗

Great tour. Nice and concise without all the fluff that some product tours have. You managed to get what some what have taken over half an hour or more, into a nice 15 minutes. Not quite a 379 but very nice truck. Though I would get any color but white or black.

Gauges take forever to load up.
I'm used to 26 analog gauges, dono if I could handle "scrolling" for the gauge I want to see at a glance.

I would love to see that puppy outfitted with a #GreenAPU. Glad to see that it also has the Cummins ISX 15.

Why do the designers insist on putting the fridge on the floor. Some of old boys have a difficult time getting access to it. You have to get on the floor to see what’s inside

Absolutely beautiful truck. Please do a video on the feature that runs the truck at night when sleeping for the A/C to run for comfort. In FC it’s called “optimize idol” and in KW it’s called “auto start”. I’ve never driven a PB before so I would love to see its similar feature
