Dark Souls 3 - PVP - Greatsword of Judgment + Deep Mage (SL128) [v1]

Not a true Deep Mage build, technically a sorcerer, however the damage ends up being fairly similar, and I wanted this for my Greatsword of Judgment Cosplay!

Love your channel. This specific build is now much more viable with the Murky Longstaff specifically, which is the defacto Hex staff for mages without Faith investment. Capping your Intelligence at 40 will net you a comparable amount of damage as a 60 Intelligence Sorcerer would get with standard sorceries, so you can go 40/40 Dex/Int. Starting with the Sorcerer class is best for low Faith and Vitality.

For reference, my build is 38 Vigor, 24 Attunement, 22 Endurance, 7 Vitality, 17 Strength, 40 Dexterity, 40 Intelligence, 7 Faith, 12 Luck.

The thrust weapon art attack actually gives lots of poise and increases your defenses during the attack

Why do people so afraid to use clutch rings? It is best ring ever for melee build with weapon that have some non physical damage. Just pair it with steel ring.

The best stats for Greatsword of Judgement should be 27/40/40 Str/Dex/Int if the character is under SL 125.

I didn't realise this weapon also had a Stance R1, since I've only ever seen anyone use the Stance R2. It's not a very good move, is it?

Also, wouldn't it have been a better idea to use the Izalith Staff for the dark sorcery bonus?
