Margaret's Adriatic Adventure - MSC Armonia - Exploring the Ship

My cruise with MSC was a bit of a mixed bag. I am being honest. The MSC ARmonia is an older ship. It was a little weathered and not luxury by any means. However!!!! It was perfect for an affordable cruise. The staff were lovely. They were not by your side 24/7 but there when you needed them.

MSC Armonia is a mid-sized cruise ship. It holds 2,000 passengers and offers a variety of amenities and services for passengers to enjoy during their cruise vacation. The ship features multiple bars and cafes, entertainment venues, and recreational facilities, including multiple restaurants, bars, lounges, a theatre, casino, a spa, and swimming pools. It is not perfect.

Cruising on the MSC Armonia taught me a lesson. The Split, Kotor and Zadar it took me too was the same as the luxury cruise ships . It was safe. It was reliable. The embarkation was awful (4 hours) but the disembarkation super efficient. I was totally satisfied. Here are some pictures of the ship.

Very interesting ... I've just arrived home from a cruise on the MSC Virtuosa from Southampton (UK), 181, 000 tons and just under 6, 000 pasengers, and am looking at visiting the Adriatic sea area, this is the MSC ship that sails in the area. At just over 60, 000 tons and circa 2, 000 passengers it is 1/3rd the size and capacity. I'm researching whether to use this ship or perhaps P&O from Malta, early stage so your ship report was very useful, thanks for sharing.

What do you mean by an old-fashioned ship in what way is the ship old-fashioned? These older ships belonging to MSC are extremely well maintained so cannot understand what was old fashioned about it.
