Should Christians keep the Sabbath or Sunday?

Was the Sabbath abolished or done away with? Was the Sabbath changed to Sunday? Is the Sabbath any day we choose? Is Jesus our Sabbath now? Is the Sabbath only for the Jews, or should Christians keep the Sabbath as well?

So 10 years ago I began to keep the Sabbath. It separated me from my church family, and i have spent the Sabbath alone an i am accused of being a judaizer by the clergy. I live in a small community. Its been a long difficult walk, but be glad when Jesus comes for me.

In many languages Saturday is Sobota or Sabado. We have been keeping Sabbath for the last month and we are so glad God led us to this.

I have grown up as a Seventh-day Adventist, so it has been no hardship for me to keep the sabbath. My respect to those who make the change at risk of losing relationships with family and friends. There are many of us who worship according to God's original plan. If you ask Him, surely God will guide you to new fellowship with like believers.

It's interesting that in Spanish Saturday is called sábado. Which to me sounds like sabbath day.

This is excellent. I'm a Christian and I practice the Sabbath. I also eat the Passover meal as laid out in Exodus. This starkly contrasts with my Christian friends and family who deem this, "practicing the law". I'm just trying to get it right, and I thank Yeshua for His grace and mercy as I learn. I'm a Christian, Anglican or protestant as people call it. I read the Bible for myself when I started to get to my own consciousness and found out that Sabbath is indeed Saturday not Sunday. I questioned my parents why we keep Sunday but they told me that it's because the Lord resurrected on Sunday but I wasn't satisfied. I went before the Lord for myself for many times until I became mature enough to understand what He was saying. Even after he had confirmed to me that He still means His Sabbath. You know it's not easy to break down traditions that have been for long, I went out to work on the Sabbath day, not out of stubbornness but I prayed for God to show me a sign if I should keep the Sabbath. To be honest with you He did it, and the sign was painful, it costed me a full week's labour. I'm glad to tell you today that though fellowshipping in an Anglican church, I keep the Biblical Sabbath.

Let me try and explain the comments below.
1. Jesus kept the Sabbath.
2. The Sabbath was kept for 300 years after Christ died.
3. Catholic Church changed the Sabbath.
4. Protestants watch this video and then make excuses and search for ways to justify following Catholic tradition.
