Some time ago I was working on a fire alarm system with SMS alert capability. 
In designing the alarm system My idea was to create a system to send text messages to phone book numbers in the event of a fire.

So i was  Looking for a suitable gsm module  But i couldn't find anything. Also i have serch on internet
how to send text massages to phonebook numbers via AT Commands but still same result.

However
I found one of at command
That will able to send text messages from the sim store.

And I read the description of the command.  Then I realized I still need the destination number.  
But
after some testing On this command. I understand that command can able to use without the destination number.

In this case you Can build a SMS alert device that can connect meny systems
