I Asked Every NFL Team for Autographs

The NFL is one of the most watched sports leagues in the world, and because of that, teams get lots of fan mail. But how likely is an NFL team to actually respond? After testing this with the NBA and the MLB and getting lots of responses, I got a ton of requests to do the same thing with the NFL. So today I'm contacting every football team in the NFL, including top teams like the Kansas City Chiefs, Baltimore Ravens, and Dallas Cowboys, and finding out who is most likely to respond. #nfl #football

NFL licensing and union agreements don't allow teams to facilitate player autographs. The Broncos got around that by sending out the autographs of players long retired. Really cool of them.

I did the same thing my freshman year of high school. We had to send a professional letter to a company and see if they’ll give you something in return. I emailed NFL shop and told them that I was also a giants fan. They ended up giving me a giants mug, giants sweatshirt, and a box of cards.

I"m gonna say i was kinda surprised of so many sent that so few autographs. It used to be you'd write the team (or even a specific player) and they'd go out of their way to get you a player signature, and even if they couldn't get you who you wanted, they'd get a signature from someone (usually on a 3x5 photo), you'd usually get a not-so-recognized player, but it was a legitimate signatured photo/card.

but i guess that was then and this is now. Although some serious props to the Arizona scarf for something so unique.
