This is very helpful to delegate the proper departments to dive into issues/ideas which I understand many residents don't know, specially non English speakers. I used Jira before for Mac version issues, and I shall use it again.

Strawberry! That chair animation that has you waving your hands around, is great when you are talking, but when the other person is talking its incredibly distracting..cos you wouldnt do that in real life ever. I barely hear a thing being said its so annoying! Apart from that love your info sessions 😀 Also can I ask where you bought the mat-carpet under your feet?
