I think those Pinocchio shrimp at 5:25 are _Caridina gracilirostris_ —which is an appropriate specific name, meaning "thin-snouted", or "gracile rostrum" lol. I read that they’re a brackish species from Japan. But I guess many shrimp and crustaceans are "brackish", at certain points in their development?
