These two had no sense of remorse at all.
I was speechless.

Olivia is stupid; for them to regret, you have to give them unconditional love and kindness then let them take that love and kindness for granted; once you leave, they'll miss that kindness and regret it. Everything that Olivia did only gave MC and son reasons to stay away from her and live peacefully without any regrets since she never treated them with love and kindess.

It’s actually refreshing that the ML and the heroine have an earnest friendship while acknowledging there was a one-sided love. Olivia is interesting because she fell into the trope of the less insightful strategy player who underestimates how the world works because it’s not theirs which is refreshing to see from the other side.

At 18:29, the damn guy just needs to get a divorce already! The child is suffering! At the end, its not that the system played her. She was too desperate trying to get her task done rather than finding ways to be sincere. All her actions have motives and no sincerity. She was always planning and calculative.

(Edit) I don’t know how to feel about this one other than the system is quite cruel. A lot of the times in these stories the system would force the main character to become a simp for the target. A lot of the times it ends in heart ache for the main character. As for Olivia’s case she treated the situation more like a target and not someone she legitimately fell in love with. Either way this story is rather depressing in a different way from many of the others.

System based tale with an emotionally manipulative FL as the MC!?!? TW include child endangerment, physical abuse, psychological abuse, absolutely vile manipulation, and other things that I dare not say to not spoil this actually good story.

The beginning may have been tough but sticking around was absolutely worth it. I want to freak out with the level of twists and mind games this AI brought to the table but I definitely don't want to ruin it for anyone.

Great story, fascinating ending, and I am absolutely adding this to my must read and reread because this one hell if a hidden gem worth listening to.
