Update from the new Agents of Sabotage DLC! New police vehicles, cars, one boat, but the best is the Garment Factory.

For the price of a supercar, the Garment Factory is definite worth it. Besides the ability to make money with 4 mini heists to get around $750k (three at $150k, one at $300k), players unlock the ability to fast travel through the subway system from Platform 9 and 3/4 located in the underground garage.

There are other new unlocks for the Terrorbyte too, the most useful one for money is the Master Control (similar to the one in the Arcade) that lets players manage all businesses from the Terrorbyte. So players can now run their businesses anywhere.

For those deciding between this or other new cars, get the factory first. Make money from it, buy the cars after. Those cars might even be on discount then too.

For new players who want to earn more GTA money to buy these vehicles, this is what I recommend doing in the game:

Don’t spend any money buying cars at first. Instead, use the money to buy businesses to make more money. To be effective, you have to be specific in what missions you spend time doing and how you spend that money after.


1) Start the Vincent heist.

It’s free to start, and the final payout is $500k.
That takes 1.5-2 hours to complete. Keep repeating it until you have $2.5M

2) Buy an Agency to start Dr Dre’s heist.

Get the cheapest agency at right above $2M.
Dr Dre’s heist will pay $1M for the finale, and it takes roughly 3 hours to complete.
Repeat these two jobs until you have $2M

3) Buy a Galaxy Club.

Pick the cheapest one at $1.6M (buy warehouse inventory space later as you grow).
The club will automatically generate $50k every 1 game day (48 IRL minutes), and you can also sell $200-300k in goods every couple of game days or let the stock accumulate to $1.9M max and sell.

Pay $10k for a new DJ everyday to keep club popularity up to earn max $50k per game day.
All of this is mostly passive, and you don’t have to do much besides delivering the final goods.


$500k Vicent’s heist ~ 2 hrs
$1M Dre’s heist ~ 3 hrs
$250k Club earnings every 4 hrs automatically + $200-300k roughly every 2.5 hrs delivering goods.

After that, you can start spending some money or buy an apartment to start other heists and make more money. But those 3 methods above is about all you'd need to rotate between job cool-downs and effectively make money. These are what I do most often. Hope that helps your game.
