Nice! Well paced tromelo and detailed fingering. That tremolo picking was really hard for me to get down when I first learned it. Apparently Dick Dale uses super high gauge strings. It's a lot easier when the strings are thicker. I've also found that a 12 string guitar ironically makes it easier for some reason. It also gives it a really cool sound.

I just started guitar and am trying to learn thru practice, just listening for notes that go together, and YouTube videos. Whenever I slide my finger down, it makes a loud ass dragging noise, how do I avoid that like you do?

Sounds like the angle of the guitar pick needs to be adjusted, you can hear it scraping against the string.
