I really like this week of looks, and the theme too! I'd love an indie week and / or a mainstream brands week. And I don't know if you like multichromes for daily wear, but a week of shifty shades would be fun!

I used to be THE social butterfly in my younger years, before bad circumstances turned me into the neurotic hermit that I am now. Funny what life can do to you if you're not careful. I can fake it all day long but it then takes me a blasted week to recover. I think it's wonderful that you still find the motivation to work all week in your profession and then make these videos for us to enjoy. I can appreciate how much it takes to do something like that and I'm glad your family lets you unwind. :) I'd love to see a dedicated Hard Candy video if you get a chance. If the other palettes are as good as this one I may have to go on a pilgrimage to find them. lol

Super pretty, loved the shimmery blue eyelook. And I feel like this and next week really are going to be too 'peopley' for me. I think it's the combo of work, plus many important appointments thrown at annoying hours, lack of decent lunchtime (I get very cranky when I'm hungry) and planning a cosplay photoshoot and a comiccon matching cosplay with somebody (which is double the stress). Yay. :/

I don't enjoy small talk either. Sensitive people always think I'm angry at them. No, I just don't feel like talking. I'm usually in my own head. It's nice and quiet there, lol.

Hmm social anxiety, maybe that is what I have. I definitely find it much more tiring going out and dealing with people anywhere, even family, than I did in my younger years. Of course three years of working from home hasn't helped my social abilities and now WFH is permanent for my dept. I love being home but do get cabin fever after a while.

Social anxiety is so draining😖
I’m extremely awkward and I’ve to fake being « normal » chitchatting and it kills me inside because it goes against my nature. My way of conversation is going deep into subjects and thoughts.
Also, even though I adopted a « I don’t give a fuck what people think of me » at work and with social group I will have to frequent a lot, it’s so much harder not to care and not to overthink everything I’ve said afterwards. 🥲
Anyway! Yeah team social anxiety, let’s recharge by hugging pets away from society 😂
