This project started to maximize the useable outdoor living space on the client's sloped property while correcting their drainage issues.

Once that goal was achieved, multiple permits were obtained, and the focus shifted to building a well-constructed project with all the suitable finishes for the client to enjoy for years to come.

The project involved:

- 20'x20' Vinyl pool
- interlocking with proper drainage
- steps
- sauna
- shower
- engineered retaining wall
- fully waterproofed Trex deck
- privacy screens
- tongue & groove ceiling on the underside of the deck
- spiral stairs
- custom build outdoor kitchen
- roof to cover deck
- lighting throughout the project
- aluminum fence

The goal was met, and the focuses were achieved. The client is super happy with the end results and throughout the entire process
