29:40 confusing to say it's lift. 32:45 confusing to say 'zero consumption' of energy 34:55 because the pilot put in the necessary control inputs.!!! including: ailerons for roll, plus up-elevator for a turn; when flying inverted, down-elevator to maintain correct attitude.
