Why did Twitter recently impose a rate limit for all users? The official reason is to combat web scrapers and bots, but others have speculated it's related to issues managing cloud resources.

Just remember that Zuck's bite is venomous and he can turn pretty much invisible by using his camouflage, which is especially useful since he won't show on the termo-vision of the Musk's suit due to his cold-blodness. On the other hand Musk can just connect to his secretly weaponized cloud of Starlink satellites and keep orbital-drop Teslas on the Colosseum until Zacks goes out of luck with his dodges. So really, the result depends mostly if Musk did his cardio and is able to escape the deadly bite until the lucky hit happens.

Web scrapping is the alternative to using the API, if you don't want to pay for the API.

I still cannot access tweets 90% of the time I get into Twitter and if I can then I quickly exceed the rate limit after roughly 10 tweets.
