Hearing his original instrumental piece of “I See You” is a wonderful touch to what he left behind. Sad he didn’t live to compose the music for this sequel with James Cameron. He was looking forward to it too. 🙏

Anyone on the fence about seeing this don't let the critics ruin it for you. There's a reason it's a near perfect score by Google users and that's because it's so visually flipping AMAZING. Yes the middle part of the story is a lot of sight seeing, probably too much, but it does make you care for that world to a degree you wouldn't otherwise. It really justifies the outright violence that comes later but I won't spoil that.

The fight scene at the end is just WOW. There's no words to justify how amazing this looks in 3D, it literally looks REAL as real life in front of me. Now I get why it took so long, there wasn't an object on screen in 3 hours that ever looked fake.

So is the story: 1 Guy being outsider, is not respected and seen as an outsider 2) Only his lover believes in him 3) Big bad guys attack tribe 4) Guy proves his worth and wins accepatnace of that's the gist of the story then its pretty basic
