Tutorial - Slow motion on Adobe Premiere Elements 9

a quick tutorial on how to do slow motion with adobe premiere elements 9 and a GoPro HD Hero2.

Same problem - you need to grab the bar between the timeline and the video viewer and expand the timeline view. This will make your view look like the video and let you right click on the video. Took me 45 min to figure this out!

This footage was shot with a GoPro Hero2 at 60fps, but when setting up the project you want 30fps. When you place the first clip it asks you if you want to change the settings, click no.

Hey that's awesome ! But when I select a time stretched clip the frame blend option won't let me select it ??.... Any ideas would be awesome ..

Hey, tried to recreate this but was always able to select frame blend... don't know what could be causing this, sorry. Can you apply frame blend before the time stretch?

Is this really Elements 9? What menu option did you choose to to get that drop down menu? Your titling hid the top of the screen at the critical point. None of my options offers that menu. I can't find those choices anywhere.

No I've tried before and after it never lets me select it, I'm going to uninstall and reinstall, see what happens
