*QUESTION for you guys* For 2016 would you rather 1) have me post 6 videos a month (vs 4) OR 2) start a fun second channel with Ryan where we would do storytime videos, vlogs and challenges? How to do a HIIT workout: 30 seconds vigorous exercise (you should be out of breath by the end!) and 90 seconds of rest. Repeat 7 times 2-3 times a week.

The produce box I get delivered is from Farm Fresh to you. I get the medium size box for $33 (including delivery).
If not in CA, I recommend you do a google search to see if there are similar farmer’s market box delivery services near you or just shop at your local farmer’s market!!
Lentils are great for you! They are a good source of potassium, calcium, zinc, niacin and vitamin K & rich in dietary fiber, lean protein, folate, magnesium and iron
