How to do a HIIT workout: 30 seconds vigorous exercise (you should be out of breath by the end!) and 90 seconds of rest. Repeat 7 times 2-3 times a week.

a better HIIT workout is called tabata! its amazing - 20 seconds of work 10 rest, then you repeat that movement 8 times. there are even tabata clock apps you can download to help you keep time!

I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue and pcos. I am really loving your videos because you are very kind in your delivery and don't put people down. You mentioned that you have arthritis. What I was wondering could you do some videos, because you understand the pain, that are for a person who is overweight and a beginner at feeling better. I would like to see some gentle exercises that aren't yoga and some cardio that isn't jarring because I am overweight right now. I really like your videos and you are SO sweet. I realize you are pregnant so I know you can't actually show how to do some things but pictures and explanations would be awesome! Love ya!💖

At first I couldn't decide, but I think you should focus on your main channel and do 6 videos a month. Maybe one of them can be a special fun video of you and Ryan. Vlog channels are great, but sometimes I think over time they can become more of a chore rather than just being fun.

haha Ryan looks like he could be a good coach! :D Lots of great tips, loved the idea of freezing the lemon juice. Sometimes i slice a lemon up into wedges then wrap up in film and freeze, then i pop one of them frozen into my water.

Definitely 6 videos a month over a second channel, but I think maybe one of the videos each month being something with the two of you would be fun!

I vote for #1: 6 videos a month. I think another channel could just dilute your brand, and I personally wouldn't mind the occasional vlog style videos thrown in. I actually like those, like your day in the life or cozy night in videos. Love your channel!

I would prefer six videos per month. Two channels is harder to follow and keep up with. If some of those videos are sillier, I'd be happy to see those too!

I love Ryan and and all lol but if I had to choose I'd rather see the 6 vids per month vs the 4 vids. however please keep Ryan in the ends clips. cute and funny. I live for those. ps--> can you please start doing closet organizational vids? thx a bunch😊
