Either sound or typed instructions. And close-up views of the commands so we can actually see where you go, what you select, etc. I'm a virtual beginner and I'm really not ready for this, but until I know what you need to know before doing this, I don't actually know what I'm ready for. Like learning algebra before you learn arithmetic. I did actually figure it out, but I don't know what I could use it for.

Sound would be good. You obviously know what you're doing, but it's tough to follow along without verbal cues. You wouldn't mime a lesson to a full classroom. Video tutorials shouldn't be much different.
