Hi mam
Charvi Agrawal here
Here is the answer of today's homework questions
1) 1/4 ÷ 3/16
= 1/4 × 16/3
= 4/3
Therefore the answer of first one is a rational number
2) 2/7 ÷ 0
Division by zero is not defined
Therefore the second question has an irrational number as its answer

Today 's homework question answer is
A) 1/4 ÷ 3/16
= 1/4 × 16/3( we will take reciprocal of 3/16 and change the sing of ÷ into ×)
= 1/4 × 16/3
=16/12 .
Hence, we are getting RATIONAL NUMBER by dividing two rational number .

B) 2/7÷0
= 0 .
Hence, if we are dividing one rational number from 0 so we are not getting a rational number .
Answer a) we are getting RATIONAL NUMBER.
Answer b) we are NOT getting RATIONAL NUMBER.

Thanks very much mam for nice class. Love u so much

Homework
1.) 1/4 ÷ 3/16
= 1/4 × 16/3
= 1/1 × 4/3
= 4/3

2.) 2/7 ÷ 0/1
= 2/7 × 1/0
= 2/0 = 0/0 (0 couldn't be denominator)
the reason why 0 couldn't be denominator is it has only one multiple it is 0 (1×0 = 0)
and, 0÷0 = NA
Because 0 is multiple of every single number (-1, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4

I think this is the answer
