Random and pointless comment to help with the algorithm.

I wanna see the bike of a rider that doesn't care about race or winning and just want to ride because is fun!

You know it's not entirely pointless if it helps with the algorithm...

In winters I stay on my small, when sprung comes I get so excited to spool that up, by late fall I got to let it go & chill on the small ring....love it

You need to think about the "gearing, " not the gear. You divide the number of teeth on the chainwheel by the number of teeth on the cassette cog. When you do this for all combinations of chainwheel and cogs, you will see there is overlap. So as far as the gearing is concerned, for those combinations with overlap, the gearing is more or less identical. In that case, you should choose the combination which gives the straightest chain. The more kinked the chain, the more watts you will lose to lateral forces on the gear teeth, front and back. Summary: big ring riding is dumb if there is an equivalent small ring gear available, which provides a straighter chain

I've been grinding too long to change. Caleb Evans was the last grinder to win the TDF, he's my hero.

Personally, I just take off my chain and take the chair lift. Then again, I'm actually cool and I ride a mountain bike

He doesn't shift to the small ring because he wants to go fast. I don't shift to the small ring because I need to fix it on my bike. We are not the same.

The bike that win all the races lower his seatpost and sit in a more comfortable position.

Is it me, or is that cannondale's chain ring bent?

I thought for sure the guy that won the race was stronger and can push the gears harder and faster than everyone else. But I might be wrong.
