"If you find that your glasses aren't responding, try the following troubleshooting steps.
Restart Glasses:
With your glasses on, slide and hold the power switch to the right for about 12 seconds until the notification LED starts blinking white.

I have a message in the view app saying "storage on glasses almost full try to import your captures so you can keep taking more" I have no captures to import. All the videos are in my photo folder in the phone and removed from the view app. Now instead of being able to take 30, 30 second videos I can only take 2, 30 second videos before the storage is full. I have to stop, import the 2 videos then i can record again. So annoying

My problem is that I got a new phone and can’t recover my photos and videos because it says it’s still paired with my old phone (which I don’t have anymore). How can I recover my photos and videos stored on my glasses?
