Probably a good alternative to just list them on eBay in random lots of 10-20 bucks for 20 pcs. Gives people that truly only care about playing 20 random games for barely any money

It's definitely a calculated risk to take a lot of the junk hoping you get more full collections out of it. It will be an interesting comparison to see where your bottom line is in a few months versus before this switch after you factor in the increased labor.

You could also add minimum conditions for each disc only game to be accepted in. Like at least 2 complete games with case and manual for every disc only game will be accepted. Or 2-3 disc only games for every 50 bucks worth of games sent or something along those lines.

And as crazy as it sounds there are all kinds of under 10 dollar games that sell really well online Disney games, shooters, super hero titles, etc it's not as crazy as some people make it out to sound especially if the store knows what sells well for them.

Idea offer them in 25 or 50 pack bundles by system or mix lot for .50-.75 a disc for your customers almost like a mystery box and let them buy them and build their collection or start their own resale journey.

Not every video game is known on your website. Or some cases the game exists but one might have it for a different platform than your website recognizes. Goes to show the difficulties in trying to be a buyer of every video game, there are just so many of them it is quite the challenge to actually know of them all and for which platforms they exist on.
