I've watched a few Youtube off-road techniques by BMW and it helped me a lot feeling confident to move my R1150GS around. How to center the bike properly so you don't have to drag the weight as happens in the video.
They are much easier to move around with even one hand if you center them correctly.

Stand on the other side, it’s easier and it it goes away from you it be held by the side stand

It would be a lot easier to move if the bike was upright!!! And you run the risk of crushing your toes with the side stand down.

I'm so sorry! That's a bike and has two wheels! So the weight is I know men! They wouldn't be able to handle. If fallen, just drop down to the first and pick it up with gas. Easily done.
