I m from Kolkata and our Kolkata metro very often use horns, cause when someone is just close to the yellow line either you will be caught in CCTV camera and the controller who is watching you from surveillance camera will announce for awareness or otherwise the duty in- charge are maintained by the rpf in each station will look after, i travel everyday!! And haven't yet heard metro horn 📯
