Having viewed several videos regarding trying to get an AutoLISP file(ACAD.LSP) to load with each drawing file I choose, without having to use 'APPLOAD' each time, I used the 'Startup Suite' function in 'APPLOAD' to add ACAD.LSP, and this worked a treat for me, hope it might help someone else. Thank you.

To undersstand my LSP that would not fully work before will force the behaviors now with this. It would partially work or is it the same issues. and Can I make that LSP my default as alll my drawing are used with it specifically
