in the modern cli, when you install angular cli, you go to cmd and type : where ng (windows), which ng (mac/liux) then you will see 2 path one of the global path and the other for cmd, you should add tihs 2 path in your envirment varible and then its workig

After path : Use ng version instead of ng --version 🥲 this thing took my half day😢😢
