Hello when you clicked on your player to change his position you got animation showing, how did you do that?

I have no idea what I did when I set up the game but I don't have SCOUTING or TRANSFERS in the left hand column. I just have a RECRUITMENT in their place. Further, I don't have the ability to add more staff, I can only change out (some) the staff I have: President, Chief Scout, Head Coach, Head of Youth Development, General Manager, Assistant Coach, Head Physio.

Anyone else have this issue?
