How do know your hydraulic sinus lift and packing the bone graft will gain the additional 5mm depth in the sinus to allow for the 11.5 mm length of implant? Do you need place a depth guage to measure before placing the implant in? In other words, how to determine volume of saline will lift the membrane up high enough to allow for the additional depth needed, in this case 7+5= 12 mm.
