Activating C-Map Shaded Relief on Lowrance HDS

Most fisherman know that utilizing lake maps in any variety will equate to more on-water success when it comes to navigation. I have hds live 7 and when i try to turn on shaded relief the function is greyed out why?. I have cmap reveal but what about some card that you mentioned? Do i need to buy some additional card ? Lowrance said they have cmap reveal embedded into hds live, even though i have cmap reveal with general colors, the shaded relief is greyed out? How do i get it activated?
