S Musial - T Williams - W Mays - all preached the same sermon - get a good pitch to hit, hit strikes!! Do have ???'s about "aggressive" hitters - have tracked "1st Pitch Swingers" 4 the last 7 yrs - H S JV Level, H S V Level,
MLB on TV - primarily the STL Cardinals & opponents - BA hovers around .150 - .190 - when a pitcher walks 2 hitters N a row & the next batter swings @ the 1st pitch - 6-4-3-DP or a "long lazy flyball" 2 LF - is that "aggressive". A bit unsure about a "plan" @ the plate - according to the austere philosopher Dr Lawrence Peter
Berra - "U can't think & hit at the same time!". URs truly still competes/plays @ the 65+ age grps thru Men's Senior Baseball & Roy Hobbs. Great fun, great fellowship playing the "Divine Game!"

Hey coach justin, I am in 12u and in the middle of my first travel ball season, can you please make a video on how to recognize a ball from a strike with faster pitching because the pitches went from 50 mph to 65-70! i’m doing fine but i chase really bad pitches sometimes. Thanks coach justin.
