Why do people have to disrespect these guards, I hate how they get treated at times. They are doing a important job they ain't there for people's entertainment

If the crowds pose such a danger, then why allow them anywhere near the positions where the guards are posted. This guard yelling like he does to get the crowd to move a few feet back doesn’t make the area any more safe from someone who intends to cause harm. This is a case of form over substance….”I will yell at you to get on the other side of the line even if the other side of the line doesn’t represent any greater safety.” If the issue is safety, then set a meaningful boundary. But the crowd moving back 1-2 feet doesn’t result in any meaningful safety gain.

IMO, the yelling is a show for the tourists because these guards are known for yelling at tourists randomly. The tourist that got yelled at is going home with video of a guard yelling at them that they can show off to their friends.
