Great video! I appreciate the time you put into these. ❤ I do think it’s a very individual thing with fasting. For me, I suffered with an eating disorder for decades. Fasting for around 18 hours a day helps me ensure that I do, indeed, eat to satiety. I think I would be more likely to restrict and under eat if I didn’t have that fasting window. However, I do sometimes panic if it’s harder for me to maintain the fasting window because of whatever my life schedule might be on a given day. So I know I still have a degree of healing to do with the eating disorder. So it helps me in a sense. But on the other hand, I need to get out of my own way.
