Even as web developper I still use excel... this pattern is what we call "GoTo", it easily finish as spaguetti sheet :)

Hallo thanks for the video, i have another question. I need to click text on Sheet1A1 to show description on another cell Sheet2A1. I dont want to copy or link both cells.two different information, Just to click one cell and see another cell. Like linking in powerpoint. Is it possible in excel ?

Hey man awesome straight forward video. Anyway you can show how to do the same but with filters? I have up to 10 different variables all of which have values attached for every month of the year. How can I reference that workbook and have it pull all of X variable for example and have it sum that up. And for it to do the same for the another nine? Currently I just filter all of X, get the sum and enter that in another workbook and proceed to do the same for the remainder. Anyway we can make this simpler?

Hey Im trying to do something similar to this.
2 worksheets
I want to get data from cells on worksheet 1 to worksheet 2.
This works great.
Then Im sorting worksheet 2 based on numerical value.
Works great.
Problem comes when i use cut/past to move numbers around on worksheet 1. The values should change in worksheet 2 but they don't the stay the same. when i look at the reference path i notice that worksheet 2 follows the original cell in worksheet 1 to its new cell location within worksheet 1. Is there somehow I can reference the physical cell location in worksheet 1, cut/paste the value in to a different location and have worksheet 2 take the new value in the original cell of worksheet 1?
For example
Worksheet 1
cell A1 has the number 2439 in it and cell B7 has 2293 in it.

Worksheet 2
Cell A1 is referenced with cell A1 from worksheet 1.
But now I cut paste cell B7 in worksheet 1 in to cell A1 in worksheet 1 and put cell A1 in to B7.
In Worksheet 2 I want Cell A1 to have have the number 2293 (the corresponding value that is currently in cell A1 of worksheet 2) instead it still has 2439. If i look at the formula bar I notice it now references cell B7 in worksheet 1?? how do i make it still reference cell A1 in worksheet 1??

Hi, May i know how did you copy the whole cell of data from one excel file to another excel file? I saw you deleted something in the formula but i still can't get it. Do you mind explaining how you do it again? I need it for my assignment urgently. Tks

Hi, i want to duplicate my main sheet, to other tabs, and wanna color some cells. But when I modify the main tab(sheet), i want it to reflect changes in other tabs that i did !
