1. Thinking what you want to achieve from your system
2. Curating only the necessary information needed to create that system
3. Deliberately storing information in well-architected databases
4. Creating Strategic Views that pull information out from these databases

These Strategic Views are key to show the most relevant information at that time, and reduce noise. Keeps your mind clear and focused.

Not too familiar with PPV myself (currently learning PARA in BASB), but what made you decide to switch to PPV? The specific gap or failures of PARA within your set-up?
