Philza's possession // OriginSMP animation

(Just because there's a little confusion in the comments, the other character is Tommy, not Wilbur ) [This also isn't cannon]
I heard this song on TikTok in the background of someone drawing a commission and I was obsessed with it and kept imagining different scenarios that continued on from the 'my Icarus' video that I did.

I struggled with this animation this week, for some reason I couldn't focus and I didn't want to colour it because I couldn't imagen what sort of colours I would use so I wanted to make this more of a animatic style animation. I'm not sure I like the outcome but I'm not going to keeps stuff from you guys.

THIS WAS Seeing Philza slowly go insane and realizing that that was Tommy he was attacking like wow! You can clearly see the emotions and the animatic was just wow! Loved it overall

I really love Phil's expression at the end. It goes from menacing to "what's going on" then to "wait why am I choking tommy" to "oh god what am I doing" in just a second.

"P-Phil?"
Tommy stuttered, watching as his father turned around to address his voice. No. This wasn't his father. Where his eyes were a ivy green Tommy only found a lilac hunger. Suddenly the monster lunged at the blonde and he made a dash out of the room, heart pounding. Tommy's mind was going a mile a minute- *"Tommy~"*
A saccharine voice cooed from behind him. Tommy turned just as the possessed man managed to knock him to the ground. Terrified, the boy tries to get up but is held fast by one of it's elongated black talons. These were cold and sharper than needles. Very much an opposite to the ones that caught him when he fell. Tommy remembered how he once had got scratched by Phil's talon by mistake and mildly so to begin with, and found the poor man trying to file them down when he thought Tommy to be asleep. The boy took one last frightened look into those crazed eyes, begging by some miracle to have his dad back. The creature brought its other hand up to strike.... And froze. Tommy watched as the black and lilac color drained from Phil's eyes like melted wax drips away from the candle flame and revealed the oh so familiar green eyes of Toms' father. The grip around his neck loosened as his father looked horrified to see what he's done. Tommy was only glad Phil was back. He knew that thing that chased him wasn't the same man, and though a part of him was still trembling, he couldn't help but hug him. "Oh thank goodness you're back."
Phil sat in shock for a moment, quickly but carefully removing Tommy from him. "Toms' I need you to go home ok? Go home until one of my crows says otherwise."
Tommy wanted to argue but Phil's stern gaze shut him up. Tommy left without without word, catching as his dad muttered something about getting "it" under control.

The beat timing and the separate shots really showed the intensity of the scene! Absolutely loved it and I especially loved phil’s design!

Now I'm thinking back to the last animation where Phil made Wilbur's wings bigger but accidentally killed him. What if this is the effect of whatever he did with Wilbur, and the blackened hand was the first sign of it, except it only appeared fully just now...
