NEW LEGO Trevi Fountain REVEAL

LEGO Architecture will be coming up with a new product in 2025, the Trevi Fountain, a very iconic landmark from Rome, Italy.
I got to see the model first hand at the LEGO Fan Media Days back in September in Billund, Denmark, and here's how that went!

The lighting techniques with different hues and brightnesses of bricks is INGENIOUS.

I love the nougat pieces used to create the illusion of the sun shining through! That’s on the same level of genius technique as the forced perspective Golden Gate Bridge in the San Francisco set for me.

Having been to the Trevi fountain i think this is a wonderful set! Captures all the major details very, very well and the building techniques look super clever.

Also, what a wonderful presentation! Mary is a great presenter and her "if it ain't baroque" joke was great!

I was lucky enough to acquire the 2014 version Architecture Trevi Fountain a few years ago, but I’m extremely excited that Lego is bringing back this classic gem in the Architecture line! Can’t wait to get my hands on this new set, and put it right beside the old version 😍

I'm very excited about this set! We currently live in Italy and loved seeing the Trevi Fountain last year for the first time. This is a really cool set with a lot of very neat techniques. Definitely on my list!

Oh I'd love to see more media videos like this of the designers talking about their designs and why they did what the did. Love using color to show the play of light which is such an important part of the beauty of the marble and travertine used in the fountain.

It looks in-line with last year's Notre Dame, and I'm glad they've evolved on the architecture sets further.
Now with a really white lego set, if you opt to buy it, avoid placing it in direct sunlight, else it'll go yellow.
If anyone's gonna buy the kit, you should also get a ton of minifigure coins for fun, placing it in the waters, or adjust it so that some coins will show up in the waters.

The built in lighting is pretty ingenious I remember them doing a somewhat similar idea with Barad-dur having lighter areas to look as if it’s glowing. Hope more models do this it’s a very inventive way to add dimension
