FPV CRAWLING! I’ve been saying it since you started this channel. That new location is perfect for some FPV crawling expeditions. Full pan and tilt, how far can you get, what obstacles can you get past. A second driver could spot ... There’s some pretty crazy ground based FPV videos with working gauges in the car and going surprisingly far . DO IT !

I just ordered a WLtoys 10428 1/10 buggy. I almost threw down for a Bison or Cheetah or Zombie. But in my researching these RCs I found much more enjoyment from 'rock crawling' vids/trucks than watching cartoonish, scale model monster trucks performing jumps and aerobatics not found anywhere in real life. Or them literally tearing themselves apart in the quest for unmanageable speed. Keep it up on these 'On the trail" videos. Wish me luck in this new avocation.

The one thing you guys are missing with these scale trucks is, modifying them to make them your own. Between all the different bodies and axles and brushed and brushless motor setups. Making it your own is the most gratifying thing about them. Even just swapping wheel and tire combos makes a tremendous difference to these crawlers

river crawling is wicked fun, but you gotta make sure its all water-proofed up. they all SAY they are water-proof but they almost never are, or at least cant handle submersion in a running river. the best way i have found is putting the receiver in a balloon and then put clay or sticky putty around the wires coming out of the hole with a zip tie or rubber band around the neck of the balloon. then put that back in the normal water resistant receiver box. you can also use some corrosionX on the receiver when you put it in the balloon which helps.

Add a recovery hook to the top of the body, attached well. Pick up an old broom handle, and add a hook to the end. Instant recovery mechanism for the river runs.
