Given the longevity of buildings and the low rate of new construction, it's crucial to focus on renovating existing structures. That's why Marti is working on the renovation, extension and modernisation of the main ewz (Electricity Works of the City of Zurich) building in Herdern. This project is designed and certified in accordance with the Minergie-P environmental standard.
