What a difference compared to the gloomfest that was the RNC. I live in MKE and our downtown was a ghost town during the RNC. The large majority of the convention goers were bussed in and out of place like Grand Geneva and Geneva National in Lake Geneva and other places closer to Illinois, or out of areas around Green Bay. So because of that, none of the bars or restaurants say any booms because everyone left after the convention activities. The only businesses that saw profits were corporations like Marcus and the Pfister Hotel. All of us that live here didn't want to deal with the nightmare that was getting into the soft security perimeter to go to our local stores and restaurants. It took people in cars about an hour and 40 to get in.

The entire RNC was all about idolizing Donald Trump and thanking him for his amazing lack of accomplishments. These people at the DNC are talking about things other than Kamala Harris! 😂

I'm always glad when celebrities tell us what to do because they're just like us. They can totally relate to all of our struggles. For example, Oprah is worth $3 billion, has owned yachts and sold her last private plane for $70 million. Yesterday, I put a loaf of bread back on the shelf because it was $7. Michelle Obama wore a $2500 outfit at the DNC and the price of burgers at my grocery store has gone up 250% since 2021. It's great that these celebrities are looking out for us - and not themselves.
