If you cut the power off when you get the red keycard with the power box on the wall you can smash the glass around the stone instead of cutting it. (I think you need to cut the power off to smash it, not sure though. Never tried it) Cutting the power off is also the way to get the stuff in the vip room.

For people who wanna know the fastest route, go to the right side of the main entrance to the side alley, jump onto the structure to the left ( have to have mask on ) and shoot the window to get right into that back room, then just do the heist as u regular would : PS each bag of jewelry is 25% of the needed bar to escapee but the hidden stone is 50% so if u leave with 2 bags of jewelry and the hidden stone u can get around 900 xp every 3-4 minutes, for weapons and skills . Maxed out my skills in a day doing this
