Nike KD 13’s is pure gas. I love the stability and impact protection with the cushioning set up. Extremely bouncy and good for those long practices and game days. Im also a setter and love the mobility and flow of how the Nike KD’s work

Alright for shoe recommendations:
If I had to pick a shoe for a setter I would absolutely pick the harden vol 3 if you can find a pair. It is the perfect blend of cushion/sleekness, and the traction is incredible, though it is older.
Kd12/13 is good, fits narrow though so watch out. I would go the 13 over the 12 because the 12's traction pattern gets torn through a lot faster.
I am a huge fan of the air jordan 34 but I think that it is more of an OH/RS shoe due to the emphasis on cushion and the springy eclipse plate but you might like it.
If you can get a pair of the asics metarise tokyo the traction is incredible, but it is a little expensive, though I think as a professional athlete you should invest in shoes, you would be surprised how comfortable they could be and there are definitely performance benefits as well.
A "budget" shoe recommendation would be something like the kobe mamba focus or rage or whatever the newest one is, either that or the nike air zoom hyperattack, anything resembling a kobe, especially the 6 is a great baseline shoe.

Kobe mamba focus. As soon as I put them on they felt broken in to my feet. Been wearing Kobe's since I joined the Army back in 2013 and been playing with the All Army mens team and they haven't let me down yet

Great video. If you’re looking for shoe recommendations, I’d definitely recommend the Nike Mamba Focus. I have been using it for a little while and I really like it. I think it has really solid support for a low top basketball shoe

For shoes: basketball shoes like Kyrie6, Kobe AD, etc are good. Or even zoom freak 1s

For court feel, light and great traction, I'd go with the kyrie 6s with articulated zoom. The 7s are coming out soon with similar tech so that would be a good option. Another great option ofc is the harden line, especially the harden 3s with the low profile boost since the US team wears them. The Harden 5s are coming out soon with boost soo that is another possible option. My personal favorite though is either the Jordan 34s or the Kobe 5 protros. the Kobe 6s are coming out next year but probably are very hard to get along with the Kobe 5 protros. the Jordan 34s are probably the bounciest, lightest, and has the best traction imo for the price. a good cheaper alternative would be the PG series or the KD series. All of these shoes are probably marked down like crazy right now too since newer versions are coming out.
