Chat Application in PHP & MySql using WebSocket - Send Receive Message

Under this Ratchet Web Socket Chat Application tutorial series, we will learn how can we send and receive chat message under this Chat Application using Ratchet Websocket library. In this part, first we will design chat room and make form for send chat message. Here when one user has send message then other connected user will received chat message in real time without refresh of web page. Great idea for a text chat. The only problem I will have is that. I can not tell who is chatting. It doesn't display there name by there chat text. can you add that into there please?

In this tutorial I have to start the server by typing "php bin/server.php" on command prompt everytime I want to start the chat, but once all the files are uploaded on the server, how do I do that?
