Sometimes break ups are more complicated. Sadly my ex sees me as invisible, when I came back and asked to try again he ghosted me (I hadn't moved on). I did show up and was respectful to him in the relationship. I broke up with him because I felt like he wasn't showing up for me but he was. I had gotten a birth control implant that made me crazy neurotic and anxious and I impulsively broke up with him very suddenly. It was almost as much of a surprise to me as it was to him. I took some space for a few weeks and then tried to talk to him again. I had the implant removed and told him what happened but it was still too late. He hasn't talked to me in 8 months now 😢
