What I experienced when editing the header was that the overall customizer optiontions stopped working. Is that normal?

I have themify and the builder, however, the builder element is not working for some reason on a new page, but works fine on older pages. Any ideas on how to fix this? I have already updated WP and all plugins. I am lost as to why it will not work

When I hit export the theme template it exports as a txt file rather than a zip and I cannot find any posts on this issue. I am using Chrome incognito windows. Also tried MS Edge. I am stuck. Can you please tell me how to get this to work right, or where the zip file for the newly created template is located so maybe I can download it manually. Help Please!!

Hey guys! Does this work with PTB Builder? Say, if I build a custom post named CUSTOM POST, can I edit the post archive and single templates as well?

I bought life time version of themify few days ago loaded lifestyle theme deleted all the post down the middle of the page the builder will not move posts on the left side or edit footer
