My narcissist is totally getting exposed for his abuse of me and our kids, and is acting super extra crazy. As a result, I made a generic annual doctor appointment for the kids months ago and the appointment was this week. The day before the appointment my narcissist ex emailed the doctor saying that the youngest suffered head trauma a year ago and that I never took the child to be evaluated and now the child has a 'dent' in his head...the doctor asked my son if he had experienced any head trauma - no. The doctor examines the child's head - no scars, no sign of trauma, head shape is totally normal. I asked the doctor to please note the lack of head trauma in the visit summery notes. I sent the doctor notes to my attorney. Seriously, narcissist are coocoo for Coco puffs level of crazy.

The narcissists I know do everything you say, they bread crumb me on the mornings of holidays and my birthday and be stand offish and actually will find things to do to avoid talking to me and avoid eye contact. they would even micromanage me on my birthday. If I call it out they play the victim and say all I do is complain and then get smart and ignored until I don't want to talk to them and then they say we didn't talk cause of me. I notice after the whole argument they would always go somewhere for some hours on the same day.

My birthday was acknowledged it was always what he wanted to. Every year he tried to surprise me with the same dinner with my family members when I wanted to do something completely different. Like just the two a us or going away. I couldn't pretend to be surprised for 4 birthdays in a row 😫 I knew it was coming! Was I wrong??

I was lucky that my grandma had no flying monkeys, or particular scapegoats, or so i think. But pretty much everyone knows of her delusional world(only her closest family), and so, she's alone. Never tried to harass me in particular, except for my uncle and his wife(ever since their marriage). And yes, she could go as far as trying to fight me over an argument

Hey I love your channel but this doesn’t really tell me how to expose the narcissist to others.

My ex is a covert narcissist and is taking me to court for more time with the kids. Throwing a bunch of accusations at me after I asked the court for protection from his abuse. And of course he has found a way to starve me of resources, starting a side hustle and keeping his regular job hours low so he can avoid child support. How do I show the judge who he really is?
