The areas on the west coast are all at sea level with tidal drainage. They are still saturated from Debby and a lot of rain that continued. I moved over to the east coast, much safer...

the NEW storms will be coastline changers from the Eastern seaboard to the Gulf of Mexico, larger, longer and higher wind speeds, these are the 500 year type storms
