a dingo is just a head shaker. I have watched a lot of your videos. I cant remember a single hardscape, block wall, retaining wall, and i can only remember a hand shovel being used a couple of times. To load salt makes even less, less lift, less capacity, less reach than what you already have. You have to have Toro paying for it for it to make sense. In which case Bravo, outside of that none of it makes sense.

I don't think this is the best machine for the salt loading as you have not solved the reach problem. Also loading the dump truck you need more height and length to at least reach the middle of the bed. Seems a lot of money to spend on something that won't solve the problems you have with the skid steer.

I believe Toro makes one with a telescoping boom. I think at the end of the day that would be a better option. Alternatively I think a loader (like the avant- for example) would be a nice alternative. I think you can even get those with an enclosed cab. Nice to lawns and they also make ones with telescoping booms.

need to get the 2000 with the extended boom to where you can used to load salt in the winter.

Toro Dingo is nice but why not get the Dingo with telescoping loader for loading salt? Unless this is strictly for landscaping!

7:41 buy the 2000 dingo it is more expensive, but it will give you more clearance on the dump truck and you have more lift capacity

It does not look like the Dingo will reach high enough to dump. Probably will only get a couple bucket loads in the truck before you run out of reach. Not to mention you will not always be on flat ground when loading. Good luck with it.

I got a turbo 1000. It’s a great machine I got multiple attachments forks buckets stump grinder etc. do you know about the smart power feature on the unit . It forces the power to the attachment. Also they have a black out edition that just came out a few months ago. &that came out right after I got mine 😢

Before you buy anything look at the L 28 fo cat loader extends hard like the foster just bought work great for the salt bin and other projects easy on the lawn because of the tires

Get the one with the telescoping arms. It makes a HUGE difference. You wont regret it!

I have always been interested in one of these beasts for the sawmill. It is helpful when people showcase equipment. Beats reading the directions!!

I used to be in the natural gas field and we use those machines all the time. FYI, the pens on the front bucket are notorious for hanging up. Make sure you always keep them greased and make sure you keep it serviced those Toro’s can have a lot of issues they are good machines, but they have a lot of quirks.

I rented a Toro dingo a little over 20 years ago when I was living on my hobby farm to do some projects around the farm and that thing was awesome the one that I had was a walk behind it wasn't a stand on but it was still a great machine and the one that I had was small enough to get into a shed to haul busted up concrete out of also used it to clean up the ground in an old barn on the property sadly I no longer live there but anyways I enjoyed using the dingo.

43-47k yikes, very expensive for what your getting. Find a used loader a real machine at richie bros for a fraction of the cost & much more versatile. camarata bought a mini excavator for 1K new and it can out perfore that over priced bucket of bolts. Your paying for the Toro name, which they sold .
